Hey Victoria, welcome back to the program. Hey, Ja. Thanks for having me back on. I appreciate it. Yeah, absolutely. And again, we’re keeping up this twice a week series throughout the whole coronavirus scare highlighting people whose, uh, hypnosis businesses primarily are online, whether it’s online programs or online sessions.
And for everybody else out there, if you have it yet, Interacted with Victoria. Check out episode number 205, which came out in February of 2019. Uh, but so good to have you back on. But for those that are new to you, could you give a quick introduction to yourself, please? Sure, absolutely. So, I’m Victoria Gallagher.
I’m the law of Attraction hypnotist. A lot of people know me for, for my Law of attraction, and I’ve been, I’ve had a website, um, online for. 21 years hip talk.com um, was kind of when I started out in this hypnosis world doing a lot of personal development online courses and that kind of thing. So I, I really feel like this is, this has sort of been our time to shine when, you know, for those of us who have already.
Kind of created this online atmosphere, and so I’d love to share a little bit about some ways that people can, can think about their business in a different way. Right. And, and the term that was coming to mind when we were, um, about to connect was just that of what’s called future proofing your business.
Mm-hmm. realizing that, you know, the platforms may change, but the strategies remain consistent. Uh, what, what was that timeframe when you started to first see clients online? So I opened my business. I opened my office office in Vegas in 99, and then I moved to Florida and by the time I moved to Florida in 2005, most of my business, like 90, 95% of my business was from selling my online products.
And I just, you know, I, I. Took less and less time to, uh, see clients one on one in my office. And I, by 2005, everything was online and so I just chose not to open up a live office. And, um, at the time it was, uh, using Skype. Now these days with Zoom, it’s. Like they make it super duper easy to, uh, to set up. I mean, you don’t even have to, you don’t even have to do anything.
Um, the client sets up on Acuity cause I use, uh, acuity scheduling. So now, you know, the client just, um, schedules their own appointment, whether it’s a, a package and the package like, you know, gives them a little code that they can book all of their own sessions with that code. Uh, so they, they book their session themselves.
They pay for. Themselves, they type out what it is that we want to, uh, discuss in that session, and then it automatically books the Zoom session. So, I mean, literally, it’s completely hands off scheduling. You don’t, you’re not, you avoid those awkward po uh, those awkward moments like, Well, how would you like to pay for this?
Or talking about your, your pricing. You don’t even have to have that conversation. It’s just right there. done for you and uh, and then they automatically get an email. Sent to them, uh, to confirm the appointment. It goes in their calendar, whether they use Google Calendar or, or the, um, Apple Calendar, which, you know, whichever, just automatically puts it in their calendar.
Yeah. And then it sends them a reminder a day and I think, uh, an hour before the appointment begins. And then all you have to do is click a link and, uh, there’s a tiny little. Extraction that happens on your computer and their computer, that opens up Zoom. And there you are. And, and, uh, you know, occasionally you have to remind people, you know, to, to wear their headphones or something like that so that you don’t get the feedback.
But other than that, I mean, it’s, it’s really amazing and I’ve never ever. Like, I know I didn’t pioneer this, but I always wondered, I mean, a lot of hypnotists, you know, can continue to pay expensive office rent like you , , but you know, you have other things going on. You, you know, you have, you have other things going on, so there’s a legit reason for you.
But I think, you know, for some people, I mean, what this does is it just, it allows you to see people. All over the world. I don’t think I ever see anybody here locally in Arizona. I’ve seen a few people, you know, when I’ve gone out and done presentations, they say, Oh, can you help me with, you know, this or that?
You know the typical things, the quit smoking and so yeah, sure. But we’re not gonna actually go to my office because my office is a 10 by 10 studio in my. And, uh, my office is online, so even if they’re here locally, they don’t see me in person. The only way they see me in person if they go is if they go to one of my seminars,
I’m laughing because I somehow had this. Story. Yes. It’s satire playing out in my head of Victoria. Were both at this event. Can you work with me? And it’s, Yes. Did you bring your laptop ? It’s, Which? No, I, I chair. I’ve, you know, I, I record this podcast. We’re using a platform called Squad, which is. Just for recording on these, the, these types of episodes.
This is not ideal for sessions, what we’re using, and I’d prefer to record my podcast in this format because it’s more efficient as opposed to in the room recording. I have to be careful about sound balance and all of that. And, uh, but what I wanna highlight two things that were embedded inside of everything that you just said there.
Uh, one is a playful catchphrase that I’ve been using in my business for years, that when you’re the person who does the thing, You’re the person who does the thing, which is, That’s true. I know which , which comes back to early on, uh, this is now a 13 plus year old story. I was doing stage hypnosis and I didn’t have a demo video, but I had a regular show at a bar in Baltimore.
So when someone asked me in booking, Can you send us a demo video? I go, I could, Which no, I couldn’t. Well, I could or you can come see me. We’ll set aside tickets. There you go. And the playful bit was, no one ever actually showed up, but because I was the one with the show, that’s why they booked with me.
And something that you were doing that because you had the online programs, people were used to interacting with you in that online format, and it was just a natural extension to have the same experience just now in real time. Exactly. And just like we, we may or may not have covered this in my interview with you before that my intention was never to see one-on-one clients.
I, you know, I was into making the recordings, like that’s what I wanted to do, and I found hypnosis as a way to. Validate and give credibility to the script writing that I was doing. Mm-hmm. , you know, so I, my whole intention, I always dreamed of, well, always, I mean there, you know, since there was a possibility to have something online, but the moment that came out, I’m like, I’m gonna have an online business.
What is it gonna be? And I wanna, you know, I wanna. Something that, you know, people can get value out of. And you know, and then, then it hit me one day that I wanted to make these, uh, you know, at the time it was like visualization meditation recordings. And so, you know, there are so many ways now I believe, uh, people are gonna be looking for, well, You know, maybe their job is no longer valid for a little while because they have to deal with the public.
And so maybe people are looking for ways that they can make a, or create a passive income business. And I don’t wanna give anybody the idea that, I mean, you’re just gonna like, you know, in five days, be able to, uh, you know, cr put up a website, create some recordings, and voila, you’re gonna. Automatically be able to replace your income.
But this could be the time because we are gonna be shut down for a while and it, you know, this could be the time that you say, Okay, I’m gonna hunker down right now and I’m gonna, you know, I’m not gonna take this time to go, uh, you know, watch Netflix all day long and, and you know, eat all of my, uh, quarantine snacks.
This is gonna be time that I’m going to get. At five, six o’clock every day. And I’m going to work on creating some, some assets that, uh, that basically you create one time and, and then they, you know, they can pay you for the rest of your life. I mean, these are investments, like every single one of these, you know, so there’s so many different.
Products that a person, uh, can create, not just hypnosis, MP3s, uh, or downloads, but you know, you wanna, you know, if, you know, if you’re thinking about. Some ways that you can supplement your income or get into a position where, where you’re really creating. I believe that we, we all have the ability to create our own economy because there are people buying things right now.
I mean, the stores are closed, the physical stores are closed, and people still have money coming in as a matter of. With the, with the stimulus package. I mean, a lot of people are going to be getting checks in the mail. They’re going to be getting, um, you know, an really great unemployment benefits for the next little while.
I mean, I don’t know how it’s all gonna play out. I, you know, that’s not, that’s not my study, but it does. It does seem like, you know, even though people have these fears about what’s going to happen in the economy, people are still having some income coming in, and so maybe they can’t come and see you in person.
And so if you had something on a, on a website that’s available for them. That is a way that you can supplement your income. Let me jump in for a moment to kind of highlight that. Cause I wanna point out that, uh, we were chatting before we jumped on and just to give this a bit of a timestamp, uh, we’re recording a little earlier before this actually releases.
It’s right now Monday, March 30th, and before we jumped on, I was mentioning that. You know, the five stages of grief, the last being, acceptance that even I’m looking right now. And yes, it was a little quieter, uh, the last two weeks, but as of now, there’s the way that I schedule the new inquiries for Virginia Hypnosis, there’s like, uh, as of now, like 16, uh, for this week, which is actually more than I usually do.
I thought you were down doing like maybe 10. Well, the, the number of new inquiries that I typically feel are about maybe seven or eight. Now that being said, I did take one of the barriers, uh, down in that the online form used to mention pricing. I’ve kept my pricing the same, but I’ve at least pulled down a barrier.
So there is another variable on that. But the trend that I’m hearing, especially from some of my clients, which. I call this out on a video on Virginia hypnosis that, uh, traffic in the DC area sucks. Mm-hmm. . So the number of locals who I was working with that, uh, never came to see me, even though they were 10 miles away.
Cuz 10 miles in this area is an hour and a half, if you’re lucky. Yes. Oh, which I, I’ve pulled up, um, and I’ll make this general for obvious reasons, but I’ve pulled up some of the things that people have typed into these forms. Most of the phrasing is highlighting the fact that people are looking this, looking at this as a time to kind of turn inward and do something about themselves that I’ve been replaying this, it’s my fault language in my head, and it seems like while I’ve got some downtime, I might as well get rid of it.
I’m paraphrasing. You’re obviously . I would not put, I, I don’t have it in me to put this as a headline of an email, but I have two people who called out. I don’t want to take, take on the quarantine 15. Right . So it, it’s that people are making that connection. I think the biggest trend we’re gonna notice, I’ve had a few clients who have said, Yeah, let’s see them try to get me back into the office after all of this.
I’ve proven my job is viable working from home. Right? It, Yes. Yeah. So there’s some that even are working more because they’re the one in the company who was comfortable with the technology of online work. So I think we’re gonna see some global trends begin to shift here as a result of all. Yeah, I do too.
And I, you know, and this is really a time where people can start to really think about, because maybe they were tied to a job that they didn’t even really like doing, or maybe they didn’t like the way that they were doing it, or maybe they weren’t really, you know, clear on exactly who, who they wanted to serve and, and all of that.
And this gives you, An opportunity to really check in with yourself and figure out, um, you know, do some soul searching. Well, what, you know, what am I all about and what, what kind of difference do I want to make? And who do I wanna make that difference with in the world? And I think that’s the question that ultimately we all need to be asking ourselves if we haven’t figured that out yet, is like, How do I wanna make a difference in the world, and who do I wanna make that difference with?
And when you have that, when you have that answer, then you know, what are the problems that those people that you wanna make a difference in? What are the problems that they are dealing with? And right now, I mean, there’s a huge problem out there of people having lots of anxiety, lots of stress, and if you are trained, As a hypnotherapist.
I mean, uh, you know, that is, you know, that is definitely something that a lot of people are, are needing right now. And, you know, there’s, um, what, you know, what is your take on on this? I, there’s, I’ve heard this. Said so many different ways. Uh, you know, a lot of, a lot of people are out there just putting everything out there for free.
I’m gonna work, I’m gonna work with you for free, free, free. I’m gonna give you this for free, free, free. And then you have other people that are just kind of, um, giving little discounts here and there, or, you know, offering, um, you know, this one thing for free, but then charging. You know, their normal price or maybe a discounted price.
You know, like, so what I’m, I’m just curious to hear your take on that. Yeah. And by the time this comes out, I’ve been holding back a video, which this may cycle on Facebook and some of the smaller groups, uh, just because I’ve had some real thoughts about that, that let, let me give some reference where it’s due to Bob Burns.
There’s something that I heard Bob say like back in March last year when I brought him into town and he says, uh, the, the phrasing was that if I have a client who can’t afford me, I asked them if you could look me in the eyes and tell me that you cannot afford what I do, and you know that when you say that to me, it’s the absolute.
I will work with you as long as necessary. No questions ask. You don’t owe me a penny. Wow. If you can’t say that and it absolutely be true, then I ask you to respect the value of my business. And according to Bob, uh, very few, if anyone has ever actually taken him up on that offer. Right? So it’s where I found there was a little bit more, let’s use the word panic in the early days.
And I did go in and I created a coupon code. Which was, Well, these are my rates and here’s a code. I won’t tell you what it does over the phone, it took off 25% . I won’t tell you what it does over the phone, but I encourage you, open up it. And it was a little technical in how I did it. It’s like, you know, open up a browser and watch what it does, and you know yourself.
You know your finances, you know what you’re able to do and what you’re not able to do right now. if you really can, and this is like only three times I had to say it, and now I’ve just completely dismissed it, which is that if you really knew you needed that assistance, right, use it no matter what, you’re gonna get the same service for me no matter what.
If you know that you can afford it for the full value, it is, you know, I ask you to respect my business. And I offered that to three people. All three of them paid my full. Awesome. Yeah. I will say I did follow the lead of Ryan Dice who was in, you know, the digital marketer.net. Mm-hmm. , I think they’re, Yeah.
Which I agree with him that this is not the time to be hitting your high ticket offers, though. There still is a market out there for that. Yeah. Um, I’ve been doing online events forever, basically. So really its kind of shuffling around the sequence of certain things, um, to not be hitting high ticket even.
There was one promo that had started. And then I sort of quieted it down. It’s still running, but we extended it, but I’m not pushing it right now. Right. So I think this is a time where the offer may slightly change, but I think, I think doing the free session is the recipe for disaster. And I always tell the story of.
Someone who, uh, I use the word students and I think you can hear my air quotation from all the way over here in Virginia. , which is that in an area which is massively affluent and why she still says Yeah, but people have a hard time here and she charges 20 bucks for a session. She has the highest issue of no-shows, the highest issue of non-compliant clients.
Um, so I think the, putting it out there for free, I’ve always been a content marketer. I mean, here we are, This is episode 270 or something, , right, of a free series I’ve been doing for six years. So clearly I believe in that model. Yet it’s still strategic as to what is free and what is not. Yeah, I, I totally agree.
There’s always a place for free data, but I’d say the service is still, Well, no, that’s, that’s the pay for service thing. Well, and the thing is, is it hasn’t really come to that for a lot of of people to where they absolutely need that. And so what I think is going on, I mean, a lot of people are, you know, I’m gonna do it for free.
Well, they’re sort of devaluing our. You know, I mean, it, it, it can hurt as an industry. So I think you gotta also check yourself as a hypnotherapist. And I hear that and let’s, uh, politely argue now. Okay. Cause the audience loves that . Yeah. There, there’s always, there’s always this phrase that something cheapens the market.
Mm-hmm. yet, None of us have the full market reach yet for that really to matter. Okay. And I, I say that mostly cuz I hear in the business systems community, here’s the person freaking out that someone’s doing a group on. Mm-hmm. . And even Groupon doesn’t have full market infiltration, so not everybody is going to see.
Every single offer. And let me be politely cynical for a moment. The one who thinks they have to put it out there for free, otherwise no one will come in. Probably didn’t have the market responding to them in the first place. Right. You know, that’s, that’s a really good point. And I’ve had a little bit of a slowdown, not much, but a little bit of a slowdown.
Um, you know, mostly I sell online products, but, you know, and, and I have seen. A lot of people just, you know, putting out all of their products for free. And, you know, it did, it did give me a little pause to think, Oh my God, goodness. There’s a lot of, you know, free stuff out there. But people are still, they, you know, they, they know who to go to.
I’m their hypnotherapist that they buy their, their online products, take their online courses from. And, um, you know, and, and I’ve, I’ve been. I’ve been discounting some of the products that I feel are needed more at this time. Like for those people who are never really been exposed to me before. I have my, uh, you know, my immune strengthening program.
I have my Stay Well program. I have those kinds of things for, um, for people at extremely low prices, you know, to draw in some of the people that are. That are new to me that, that are not my normal, loyal customers, but my normal, loyal customers are, are continuing to, um, you know, to, I mean, I have a program and you know, sometimes I look at the orders, it’s like, wow, it’s really interesting.
You know, this person’s still, you know, interested in improving their dance skills, at this time, you know, and it’s. You know, people are still living their life. Like there’s, there are people out there that this just isn’t a thing in their life right now. You know, they’re still moving forward and, and working on themselves and working on their goals and so, you know, so it’s, you know, I, I feel very blessed though.
I, Well, I think there’s, there’s two sides of what you just, um, have said there, which is that one, it’s that, Mistake that, and I do watch the news. I do listen to something on the way in at times and just to, you know, kind of hear tabs of what’s going on, though, of course, um, most of it may come from John Oliver, uh,
But to look at how there’s a story that’s in the news, and let’s use this in an economic, uh, standpoint, and this is what you already said, that you can create your own economy. Mm-hmm. , so to believe the story that’s said on the news. And yes, that is a factor. It is something to respond to and it’s where.
Over time, those who don’t pay attention and those who don’t modify are the ones that are left behind. So there is some level of flexibility that has to be there. Yeah. Yet it’s also to realize that inside of any dialogue there are these specific set markets that people are responding to. I’m in the midst of, I had a project that I was slated to start in June, and it turned into, Well, it seems like now’s a good time to start that
Mm-hmm. . Now I’m gonna create it and I’m gonna hold onto it. I’m, I don’t wanna release anything of the scale of what I’m building. You know, in this mode right now, and I, you know, kind of optimistic that I think we’ve got a good two, three months, but if not, I can modify what the offer that it would lead into.
And we’re talking a whole other podcast series. So to look at this is a time where we can be creating, and right along with you, there was a bit of a, uh, slowdown at first, and this seems to be that week that people are picking back up again. Mm-hmm. . It does. Yeah, Definitely. So if, you know, if, if you’re somebody who is.
New at this, and you, you know, you’ve, you’ve never even thought about creating an online, uh, product before. Um, I just wanna kind of give, you know, give the audience a few ideas on, on formats and, and different things that, um, you know, that you can create. So, Very first thing is, um, it’s gonna start with really number one, I think before you can even, cuz this is just opposite of the way I started.
When I started, I said . I said . I said, I’m going to create the largest. Hypnosis download site on the planet. Now, I didn’t do that. There are some, or there are a couple that have more than I do, but I, I accomplished that for the most part. But what I found is that, The more products I created, it didn’t increase my sales.
I just hit a certain point where it, it actually created more confusion, more work. So I took a look at like, what’s, you know, what is selling and who do I, who do I like working with? Who can I really identify with? Who, you know, what products do I really, really like making the, the, you know, which scripts do I really enjoy writing the.
And, and it really came down to it was the, you know, the, the manifesting your, your success, your, um, entrepreneurial. So all of that, you know, that, just that whole success mindset, entrepreneurial law of attraction, business, career, that kind of person. So I realized that that’s the person that I serve. Once you realize what person you serve, then you look at, well, what are some of the, the problems that these people have.
So for example, you know, entrepreneurs, um, you know, some people are more creative than others. Some people are less creative than others. Some people are more focused than others. Some people are less, some they need to be productive, they need to be motivated, they need to be inspired. I mean, literally, you could come up within that genre.
Um, you know, you could literally come up with hundreds of idea. But what is the one problem that is going to bring them in the door? Mm-hmm. , you know, what is, what is that one first problem? That, that, you know, you are the person. Because if you, you know, if you focus on so many different things, people are gonna get confused and they’re not gonna identify you with, uh, uh, with the person that can solve that one problem.
You, you know, you wanna be known as somebody who can solve that one problem, you know, for me. It’s, it’s teaching people how to use law of attraction to draw in more success into their life, how to manifest things. And, and I kind of stumbled upon that just because I like that, just because that’s, that’s what I, you know, decided to do.
And I think that is important, that it’s a balance between what you know, Yes, your audience is gonna respond to, but it’s also this is important. Something that you’re passionate about too. Exactly. Exactly. And so then now it’s, it’s about, um, alright, so how am I going to offer us, what are the ways that you can serve this person?
So it starts all the way from like the. You know, um, the end goal, the end game for a lot of people is, is, is ultimately to see people, to have, uh, you know, the, the end all be all package that, um, that solves all of that person’s, um, you know, problems. Maybe it’s your two session, your four session, your 10 session, you know, package where you see them one on one.
Maybe you don’t. Want to see people one on one. Maybe it’s that you want to create the end goal is your webinar, you know, or your, uh, your group coaching. So, you know, those are just a couple of ways that you can work online. But then it, you know, even below that are your videos. So you have various different formats.
So you have your live, you have your video, you have your audio, and you have your written materials, and. Out of that. Each one of these, you, you can assign a different value. Obviously seeing you in person face to face is gonna be the highest value thing. All the way down to the lowest value is gonna be usually the thing that is in writing.
And what’s cool about when you think about these formats is literally like if you started with doing something like an online course, you wanna teach people. You know, four steps to, to increase their business and, or, or four steps to decrease their stress or whatever it is. And you have your, your, your video and you ever have.
And when you have your video, your video ultimately can be converted into all of these various different. Formats, you know, and you and I know that, but a lot of people don’t realize, you know, that you can really minimize the amount of work that, that you do by starting at the very, very top, um, of creating a video or for, for, say, an online course.
You can have that as a course. You can sell it, you know, on your website as a one time product. You can. Extract the audio from that, create that as a one time product, extract the, uh, the, the text from that, sell that as a one time product. Or you can group all of these together into a, which is where you may be revealing, you may be revealing the secret identity, A superhero character that I have, which is Captain Repurposing.
Repurpose it. Yeah, exactly. I mean, let’s, let’s call out a few examples of this, which those that listened to this program could have I seen a while ago, which was that, um, and I do this for Virginia Hypnosis. I do this with the training business, but let’s use the training side cuz that’s one you all have seen.
There’s the keynote I did in Las Vegas at the I C B C H convention, which then became a podcast. Which then became an opt-in offer to get the entire transcript. And here’s this one piece of content that serves a specific purpose. That’s also the entry point now for my students to say, Here’s where you can see what’s different about the conversational approach to my events.
Exactly and suddenly now, which, which I wanna bring this back to where we started cuz you may have overloaded people, , which I have a tendency to do that Well, it, it’s where as soon as we start talking tech, it’s the game of, to look at how, you know, you mentioned why use Acuity cuz it sends them the link right away.
It integrates directly over to the calendar and you and I can, and we have nerded out over systems before . So let’s, let’s chunk it down. What’s, what’s a quick win that everyone can get this. What would you recommend? A quick win that they can get this week, you mean? Um, re restate that. . Restate that to look at again, getting to the point of here’s a video and we can turn that into a audio download a transcription or something scripted out.
Where do you recommend they start? You talked about combining your passion along with their need. Yeah. Uh, where do you think people should be looking right now, or how should they begin that journey of figuring out what that first step is gonna be for them? I think the first step, the very, very first step that they need to take is figuring out who they wanna serve and what they really.
Envision themselves doing like, you know, two, three months from now, whenever, when this is all over to actually look at how can I recreate myself, my business, my, um, you know, do I wanna create a product line? Do I, do I wanna maybe create some passive income for myself? So, I’m really setting myself up for, for the future.
I mean, I think that’s the thing that you really want to, you know, because yeah, getting into like all these different formats and, and all of that could be a little bit much right now for somebody to think about. So I, I would really wanna leave somebody with figuring out who are you in this? Situation right now, and where do you want to be and who do you want to serve?
I mean, it may be that you wanna serve people that are, that are like you. So it, you know, really just kind of comes down to right now is the time to, we could reinvent ourselves, we can recreate ourselves and creating. Some pa you know, for me, I’m so thankful that I created a passive income business with, um, multiple streams of income, um, coming from various different.
You know, from, from my, from my, uh, hypnosis downloads to my online courses, to my apps, to my book, to, Oh, I mean, you know, affiliate marketing, I mean, Yeah. You know, it just, it goes on and on. There’s so many different ways that a person can, um, You know, can, can make a passive income and, and, and this might be the time.
This might be the time, right? It’s that moment of realizing that , well, there’s probably no better opportunity to look at again. What’s that audience we wanna reach, which you keep coming back to that word, which I love of just. It creates an asset. And the same is true of any skill there. There’s a video that I watched the other day on YouTube, which it was talking about how economic trends in a moment of national or even international crisis, what happened around y2k, what happened around nine 11 and what happened around, uh, you know, the financial crisis back around 2008.
And the thing that he really stressed was he goes, Here’s what we know historically about. You know, real estate. Here’s what we know historically around, um, you know, things around stocks. And I loved his final point, which was to say the biggest investment you can ever. Is making that investment in yourself.
Yeah. That nothing produces as fast as a return, whether it’s, you know, strengthening your education. I bought an online course and something myself this morning cuz I’m going, Ooh, this person does this better. Yeah. I’m in . Or to look at, to look at again how we can set that in motion. Well, and you just kind of reminded me of something that, uh, I’m just checking in with myself of what my thought process has always been about this and it’s about maximizing
Every hour of my time. So like literally if I spend an hour creating a hypnosis script and another hour, you know, recording and polishing that up and then giving that off to my, um, you know, $10 an hour virtual assistance, or, well, the, I guess they’re more like $20 an hour these days. But, you know, I give, uh, I give all that stuff off to them that hour.
That I spent working on my, My one recording, that one recording over the lifetime of my business, yes, is going to sell hundreds or if not thousands of times, just depending on the popular area, that pro product. And I’ve created over 650 individual hypnosis recordings. And still more or on the way. And they’re in various different formats.
You know, many of them are, are in my, uh, hypno cloud app. Many of them I sell on hip.dot com. Many of them I’ve maybe packaged together and sold through a sales funnel. But, you know, so it’s like, how many different ways can you take that? You gotta look at it as like, You know, this hour of time I’m going to invest this one hour of time.
How much is this one hour time? Could it be worth to me in the, in the future? And then that’s also how you can gauge, you know, I know how Steve g Jones, I, I don’t quite charge $25,000, uh, for an hour , uh, of time yet. But you know, that’s how he decides. How much an hour of his time is worth. He figures out how much it, how much he can make by sitting down in his recording studio and putting something out.
And he says, Well, you know, that’s, that’s, that’s the amount. And so, you know, and, and, and so I, I’ve just always wanted to. Be more efficient with my time. And I just kind of knew that, you know, you only have so many hours in a day. You can only see so many people. And I knew that, um, you know, I don’t wanna work.
Uh, I, I can’t, I. I can only work with two people in, in a day. That’s it. Like that, that’s the my maximum amount of people that I can work with, cuz it’s just, I don’t know, something about the energy that I put into those, uh, those sessions. I just, I’m tapped out. , I’m tapped out. Energy wise, I don’t, maybe, I don’t know how to manage my energy that well in a one on one environment, but I know for me, like that’s the maximum.
So, You know, I had to figure out a way to get creative so that I’m not limited by the number of hours in a day that I can work. And I think that the, you know, that is just a different mindset that I adopted very early on in this process was just thinking about, you know, how, also just how can I serve?
The very most people. And so I’ve just always thought of anything that I do. I wanna do it to multiple people at the same time. And well, not everything I do
but you know what I’m saying. That was you and not me going there, but keep,
you know, anything that I produce. Hypnotic . There you go. . I, you know, I want that to go to the maximum amount of people, um, at a time. And so when I do a one on one session, I mean, it’s, you know, it’s a little bit more of a, it’s, it’s. It’s, it’s not a commodity. It’s, it’s more of a, um, it’s a very special, unique experience that that person gets that I don’t give to everyone.
And so, um, so then, you know, I do charge more, you know, for my valuable time and everybody’s time is valuable, but you know, it’s just what can you accomplish in that hour? Time wise, money wise, effectiveness wise, productivity wise, and I just like, you know, I just like the idea, just being able to produce the maximum amount of results in the shortest.
Period of time. And, uh, that’s, I think that’s one of the mindsets that I just kind of, like I said, I just got into when I came to, um, creating my, um, you know, creating my, my humongous product line. . , that’s a better way of putting it. I just say I have a massive back end. Massive back then. Yeah. . So what I, what, just to highlight where this conversation went, that as all of this began, a lot of the conversation was, what can I not do?
What can I not do? And in this time so far, you’ve done an amazing job of highlighting what we can do, what we can create, and how we can use this time. And even better, how to find those specific areas that people are still looking for assistance, they’re still looking for help. And how we best conserve them and not so much about the technologies of this webcam versus that one, but really looking at this bigger picture of how we can futureproof what we do.

The time really is right now for you to create a new and to maybe create a, a fresh new start and, and have something for yourself at the end.
